Website descriptions and estimates are provided for planning purposes. Final availability, designs, quantities, pricing, delivery, and service details are confirmed through your approved package, order, invoice, or written agreement with Buttrcream Cakes.
Payments and appointments
Payments are processed through our payment provider. Deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, and final-payment terms shown during checkout or in your agreement apply to your order or event. A tasting appointment is confirmed only after its required payment is successfully completed.
Buttrcream Cakes tasting reminders
By checking the SMS consent box while booking, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Buttrcream Cakes about that tasting. Messages may include a 24-hour appointment reminder and a secure link to confirm, reschedule, or cancel. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any other product or service.
